Dr. Russell has been a resident of Olympia/Tumwater since 1974. He was an honors graduate of Olympia High School in 1982, a cum laude graduate of Central Washington University with a Bachelors degree in Allied Health Sciences, and a summa cum laude graduate of Western States Chiropractic College, Portland, OR, in 1989. He leads a pro-active, wellness oriented lifestyle and encourages his patients to not only work in safe and effective ways to resolve their current health issues, but to prevent future losses of health through lifestyle advancements and wellness habits.
Dr. Russell is a devoted educator (he talks a lot) and frequently bestows his honorable “Ad Nauseum” degree upon patients who, having ‘heard this before’ can finish his sentences before he does. His beautiful wife Susie works behind the scenes with Erika in the management of the office. He and Susie have two children currently enrolled in the Tumwater school district.
Dr Banks enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife and two little girls. When out of the office, you will find him hiking, running, at CrossFit, and involved with youth and administration in his church. After graduating with honors from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO, he returned to his native Washington and made the Olympia area his home. He has a Masters degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. So, along with helping you promote better health and vitality, he can help you recover more quickly from sports and fitness injuries. Dr. Banks is an avid outdoorsman and fitness advocate who knows the rigors of event training and conditioning maintenance. He has worked with a wide variety of collegiate athletes, CrossFit, distance runners, U.S.A. Youth Track and Field, as well as moms and dads and aspiring youth athletes.
Along with precise adjustments to the spine and extremities, Dr. Banks uses techniques like Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), Graston, and Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (F.A.K.T.R) to help his patients bounce back from injuries and setbacks. His passion is helping people like you enjoy their sport and recreation to the fullest, without being held back by new, old or recurrent injuries.
Erika has been a resident of Olympia for the last 26 years. She graduated from Centralia Community College with her Associate degree in 1994. Shortly thereafter she married and dedicated herself to starting a family. Since 2005, and with the loving support of her husband and children, she has been a dedicated and highly valued team member at Russell Chiropractic Center. She was promoted to Office Manager in 2006. “What I love the most about working here is the warm, friendly, family environment.”
Brandy is the quarterback of the office, coordinating the scheduling and routing of patients through the office. She's been making great first impressions with patients for over 3 years now.
Beth has been a patient of Dr. Russell for 20 years, and became a member of RCC after graduating from University of Puget Sound in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She has worked with a variety of patients and clinical settings, but truly enjoys working in a wellness/preventative care practice. Her passion and enthusiasm for health inspires patients in their pursuit of an active healthy lifestyle. Beth played soccer through college, runs marathons, and loves being a mom and wife.

I am married to my wonderful husband, Brett, and we have two fantstic, fun-loving children. My family and my work are my joys. I attended Port Townsend School of Massage, and I loved every moment of the experience. I am trained in Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques with additional studies in Pregnancy Massage. I am a certified Radiant Health Yoga teacher and my bodywork reflects this strong foundation of a holisitc approach to our health and wellness. I strive to be present and focused in my work to facilitate the best possible outcome for you.”
Ryan is a dedicated husband and family man with one daughter and two dogs. A graduate from Brenneke Massage School in 2002, he is proficient in Swedish, Myofascial release, Sports and Pregnancy massage. His clients appreciate is skill in listening and tailoring his pressure to help them reach their goals.
Polly is a 2008 graduate of the Alexander School of Natural Therapeutics. She began her practice with us that same year. Her holistic approach ranges from focused deep tissue work, to intra-oral techniques for jaw pain, to the subtle but profound work of Craniosacral therapy.
